Athletes of BUDO Club Participated in the EKF 2026 Summer Camp

From August 16 to 19, 2026, athletes of the BUDO club took part in the Estonian Karate Federation summer training camp held at the Kääriku sports base.

The camp program included intensive training sessions, morning physical conditioning in the fresh air, sparring matches, and general physical fitness testing for candidates to the Estonian national team. Participants trained in groups formed based on their age, experience, and sports level.

These four rich days provided an excellent opportunity to improve skills, enhance physical fitness, gain new experience, and prepare for the upcoming competition season.
