Internal regulations of SK BUDO Estonia sports club

Member Obligations
- 1Maintain cleanliness and order in training and competition venues
- 2Take care of equipment and inventory; parents/guardians compensate for any damage caused
- 3Arrive on time to training sessions and competitions
- 4Observe the club's internal regulations
- 5Wear recommended footwear and appropriate sports attire
- 6Treat training partners and coaches with respect and goodwill
- 7Refrain from using inappropriate language or behaving improperly
- 8Say "Hello" upon arrival and "Goodbye" upon leaving
- 9During training, follow only the coach's instructions
- 10Smile more often in life

Parent / Guardian Obligations
- 1Observe training sessions only with prior permission from the coach
- 2Do not interfere with the training process
- 3Having entrusted your child to the coach, refrain from interfering in the sessions

Financial Regulations for Club Members
- 1Fees consist of mandatory membership fees (set annually by the club management) and training session costs
- 2Classes missed for personal reasons are not compensated; missing more than three weeks due to illness/injury (with a medical certificate) entitles a 50% monthly fee refund
- 3Annual membership fees are paid year-round, including summer months
- 4The club may demand payment from inactive members who have not officially terminated their contract
- 5Fees are non-refundable upon voluntary withdrawal or expulsion from the club
- 6Non-payment of monthly fees results in suspension of training; two months of arrears gives the right to unilateral contract termination
- 7Membership remains active until the contract is officially terminated by parents/guardians or the club
- 8Termination requires written notice one month in advance addressed to the club president
- 9Club members are obligated to participate in all planned events (competitions, exams, training camps), except in cases of illness or injury
