WKF European Youth Karate Championships 2023

The WKF European Youth Karate Championships concluded in Larnaca, Cyprus. Estonia was represented by 12 athletes.

9Ragnar AudseU18 −76 kg, 9th place. He defeated an athlete from the Czech Republic 4:0, then lost to the Netherlands representative 2:6 and to an Israeli athlete 0:2 in repechage.

Andrei Smirnov — U16 −70 kg. He defeated athletes from Scotland 5:0 and Romania 6:4, then lost the quarter-final to Montenegro at 2:2 under the first-point rule.

Saveliy Bolotskikh — U16 +70 kg. He defeated an athlete from North Macedonia 5:2 and lost his second bout to Israel at 2:2 by judges' decision.

Lisette Annion — U16 −54 kg. She lost to an athlete from Portugal 0:1.

Alyona Lanberg — U16 +61 kg. She lost to an Italian athlete at 4:4 under the first-point rule.

Anna-Liisa Lett — U18 −66 kg. She defeated an athlete from North Macedonia 7:1 and then lost to Croatia 1:7.

Karin Masterov — U16 −61 kg. She lost to an athlete from Serbia 0:1.

Alesya Mazur — U18 kata. She completed her performance in qualification.

Mihkel Mets — U21 −84 kg. He defeated a Romanian athlete 1:0 and then lost to Spain 0:5.

Mari Räpp — U21 −50 kg. She defeated an athlete from Kosovo and then lost to Slovakia 0:1.

Mikk Teinlum — U16 −63 kg. He lost to an athlete from Croatia 0:1.
